•   * Deductible and Replacement Cost — Your deductible is what you will pay out of pocket before the insurance company pays. Your premium can be higher or lower depending on the deductible. The replacement cost is the maximum amount the insurance company may pay towards your property structure if it is lost by fire and other basic hazards.


•   * Other structures. Coverage is available for other structures on the property that are not attached to the main dwelling and are separated by a clear space.


•   * Loss of use, loss of fair rental income. If in the event of a loss, and the structure is deemed unlivable, coverage is availabe for the loss of rental income while the property is being repaired or replaced.
